Aviva is an amazing Yoga Instructor. Her experience and knowledge are evident the moment she walks through the door. She is always present and connected with those in her class. She glows with enthusiasm as the participants get into the rhythm emanating from her playlist. I highly recommend her Power Flow class - a hidden gem in Laguna.

She teaches a mindful class, focusing on breath, quiet moments and yogic philosophy. This studio is unusual these days, most focus on yoga for exercise and Laguna Beach Yoga is doing something different! It’s refreshing to experience it!!!
