Candice BondAugust 2026 Gina SantanelloAugust 2026 My first consultation with Dr. Heena Kapoor was thorough and compassionate. She put us at ease immediately with her demeanor and extensive knowledge. She went through a brief overview of Ayurvedic practices and then focused on my recent diagnosis of gastritis. In a little over a week my stomach has improved after incorporating some specific dietary recommendations, some herbal teas, an ayurvedic massage (which was amazing)! I am grateful for all that I've experienced thus far and highly recommend The OC Ayurveda to anyone considering alternative treatments to better your overall well being!
marilyn MonteroAugust 2026 Today I had my first third eye oil, the Shirodhara treatment done by Dr. Heena, and I absolutely loved it! She is an expert in her field. She provides wellness coaching, and a special pulse check, that helps determine the state of mind and body, amazing! I feel revitalized and renewed after this service. Love her location easy to access and complimentary parking. Her staff is super kind and knowledgeable as well. The space has great energy and is very clean. She is a GEM and I highly recommend all her services. I will be seeing Dr. Heena for more of her unique and revitalizing services. Thank you Dr. Heena so grateful I found you for my wellness journey!
